The FX running boards have a distinct rounded front edge and OEM approved black trim, which is their calling card and offer full wheel to wheel coverage on most popular pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles. The FX Black Running Boards have a sleek Ultra Black powder coated finish. The FX Extruded Running Boards offer a buffed and clear-coated finish. The Dee Zee FX running boards are made of a light weight, yet heavy duty, extruded aluminum material. All FX Series Running Boards come with a Step Pad for Secure Footing. The FX running boards span the length of your cab and include both mud flaps and end caps (unless noted). The installation is a breeze with the quick bracket kit, which comes complete with purchase of running boards (unless noted otherwise.

This is the best part of the running boards. You can reach into the back of the truck without dragging anything else out or stepping on the wheel. These are really built strong. They are easy to install, with no drilling involved.

I really like these runing boards. I have them going wheel well to wheel well. So I can reach into the back of the bed from the side of the truck by just stepping on the running board and nothing else. These are heavy duty running boards, I was surprise at how heavy they are. The only problem is that when you spray them off in the corners, it sprays back at you.
