The MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust System is MagnaFlow's premium exhaust line featuring 100% stainless steel construction. The Performance Diesel Exhaust system was desinged for the truck enthusiast who demands the best in looks and performance. Available in both Turbo Back and Downpipe Back applications, the Performance Exhaust offers something for everyone. These diesel exhaust systems are available with either single or dual rear tips as well as 4" or 5" mandrel bent tubing. Mandrel bends keep their shape, preventing restrictions throughout the bends which improve exhaust flow and lower EGTs. The MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust system comes complete with 100% stainless steel tubing, stainless steel band clamps, and a fully polished straight through muffler. The Performance muffler is constructed of mirror polished stainless steel material that offers incredible looks and protection. Also included with MagnaFlow's Performance exhaust are fully polished, 100% stainless steel double wall tips. The double wall design prevents discoloration that can happen over time with single wall tips. All MagnaFlow Performance Series Exhaust Systems are protected by a lifetime warranty.
- Unleash Power: Magnaflow Performance Series Exhausts offer a larger, free flowing exhaust that allowing engines to produce more horsepower and torque than restrictive stock exhausts.
- Lower EGT's: The Performance Series Exhaust was specially designed for diesel exhausts. A larger bore exhaust coupled with a straight through stainless steel muffler ensures engine EGT's remain safe even in high horsepower and heavy towing applications.
- Stainless Steel: Magnaflow exhausts are constructed of 100% high quality stainless steel. Everything; including the exhaust tubing, muffler, tips and clamps are stainless steel to prevent rust and oxidation.
- Performance Muffler: The Performance Series Muffler comes with a mirror polished, stainless steel muffler. The muffler features a straight through design that creates a nice sound without restricting exhaust flow or heat.

Question: Will I get better gas mileage with MagnaFlow Performance Exhausts?
Answer: YES, a better performing engine uses fuel more efficiently, if driving conditions and tendencies are similar. However, it is not a guarantee. Our mufflers were designed as performance mufflers. MagnaFlow's diesel exhaust for trucks will see the biggest gains due to our systems' dropping EGT's over 150 degrees.
Question: How much horsepower can I expect to gain?
Answer: It's different for every car, but typically expected gains are in the average range of 10%.
Replacing the muffler/exhaust with a MagnaFlow will help your engine increase power by being able to expel exhaust gases quicker. This creates less workload for the engine, makes it run more efficient, and results in better power.
Question: Are MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust systems legal?
Answer: YES, all of our Cat-Back Exhaust Systems comply with most state and federal laws with the exception of the Magnapacks. (Please note, local laws may vary. Contact your local law enforcement for specific guidelines.) Our products are designed and tested to meet legal sound level limits; however, when used in conjunction with other products (such as air intake systems or exhaust headers), the overall combined effect might cause particular vehicles to exceed the allowable limits.

Answer: The main difference between the two is pricing and the outer shell of the mufflers. Stainless Steel cost more than Aluminized Steel. The Stainless steel mufflers have a polished stainless steel shell and are 100% stainless construction. Stainless steel is better looking and will never rust. Nothing looks better or lasts longer than stainless steel. The aluminized mufflers have stainless internals and necks but have an aluminized outer shell. Also, the aluminized steel has only a protective coating that, if scratched off, may rust. Both mufflers have identical internal construction and materials and both offer you a lifetime warranty and will give you that Straight-through Wide Open Performance with no restrictions. No restrictions equals better flow, and better flow equals more horsepower.
Question: Do you offer a warranty on all your products?

- 4" and 5" Sizes: Exhausts are available in 4" or 5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing.
- Turbo Back or Downpipe Back: MagnaFlow Performance Exhausts are available in either downpipe back or turbo back. All 2008 model vehicle exhausts are particulate filter back applications.
- Single or Dual Tips: Choose from either a single side exit that is located near the stock exhaust's exit location or choose dual exhaust tips.
- Stainless Construction: Stainless Steel construction looks better, lasts longer, and resists rust.
- Straight Through Muffler: Fully polished, 100% stainless steel performance mufflers are standard on all Performance exhaust systems. The mirror finished muffler offers a show quality finish and the durability to stand up to the harshest conditions.
- Fully Polished Tips: MagnaFlow Performance Series exhausts come with fully polished stainless steel exhaust tips. The 5" tips are double wall, mirror polished tips that add a very clean look and are extremely durable. The Double Wall design helps prevent discoloration that can happen over time with single wall tips.
- Giant Downpipe: All Turbo Back systems feature fullsize downpipes to reduce backpressure from the turbo all the way through the exhaust tip.
- CARB Certified: All Magnaflow exhausts are CARB certified and 50 State legal.

The manufacturer warrants that all Magnaflow Performance products are free from defects. Most of our mufflers* are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
