The Lock and Load Ladder Carrier for commercial vans helps lift ladders safely into place to prevent theft or loss on the highway. The ladder rack pivots down to allow users to safely and easily attach the ladder from the ground. Users can store and secure the ladder from the side of the van, then reposition the carrier on top of the van roof. The carrier is made of heavy gauge steel, clamps to the roof rain gutters and installs without drilling. The carrier is configured with one or two pairs of lifting arms connected by a common handle which can be mounted on one or both sides of the vehicle to lift and carry one or two extension ladders. The Lock and Load Van Rack is black powder-coated steel and has stainless steel threaded parts.
- No Drilling: The Lock and Load Van Ladder Rack clamps to your roof's rain gutters, eliminating the need to drill.
- 1 or 2 Carriers Available: Users can choose from either 1 or 2 ladder configurations. Users can access and load their ladders from either side of the service van.
- Less Strain: The drop down design of the ladder rack puts less strain on the user's body. Users can safely load ladders from the ground and can secure them with less stretching and extending.
- Secure: The Lock and Load Van Rack offers secure storage for your ladders. The ladder rack features clamps that will hold your ladder in place without the need for ropes or straps. The racks can also be padlocked to prevent theft.
- Black Powder Coat: All Lock and Load Van Racks are finished with a durable black powder coat finish and steel threaded parts.

Step 1: Lift Ladder to Rack With the ladder rack positioned down along the side of the van, simply lift the ladder up to the rack. |

Step 2: Hang Ladder on Rack Hang the ladder onto the bottom bracket of the rack. |

Step 3: Position Ladder Into Brackets Pivot the ladder around so that the it is positioned into the holder brackets. |

Step 4: Slide Rack Closed Slide the ladder rack closed so that the clamps securely hold the ladder in place. |

Step 5: Position Rack Back Onto Roof Top Slide the ladder rack back up on the roof top carrier. |

Step 6: Lock Carrier and Rack Into Position Users can use a padlock to lock the carrier and rack into position, preventing theft. |

Step 7: Job Complete Your cargo is now secure and ready for transport to the next jobsite. |

Normal use of any powder coat rack and exposure to weather can result in scratching of the surface, exposing metal below; therefore, maintenence on your rack will be required. To prevent rust, spot spray any scratches or breaks in the surface with a high quality metal paint. All returned merchandise must be returned in original box and packaging. |
