One minor flaw is that I carry my tools, tie downs and such in a plastic container and it tends to slide around. I simply put a grip mat under and that solved the problem.

The melted snow collects nicely at the bottom near the door for easy disposal, thus saving the wear and tear on the carpet. They hold into place very well too.
