Bully truck accessories Bully Clamp Adjustable and Movable Tie Downs are the worlds most versatile tie down for pickup trucks. The bully clamp clamps under the truck bed side rails with its unique patent pending cam locking design. When the 1/4" bolt is tightened, it draws the cam lock down applying a powerful vice like clamping action against the vertical wall of the truck bed rail flange between the clamps face plate and the cam. The painted surface of the truck is protected by a 3/8" neoprene rubber which will not mar or scratch the surface of your truck.

- It is a very strong anchor point and handy hook. A convenient rope cleat and has an easy attachment for hooks.
- The keeper flange can be looked in 2 positions. In upward position, it forms a convenient hook for retaining various types of cargo like bags, paint buckets and more. In downward position the clamp is out of the way with only 3/4" protrusion into the bed. This position is ideal for retaining shorter cargo against the side rails or hanging grocery bags under tonneau covers. Plus the flange rotates freely to accommodate the various heights of cargo or used straight across with a tie down strap for an adjustable cargo divider
