Description

The Putco Billet Grille - Shadow is made of mirror polished aluminum and installs over the existing manufacturer's grille. The tops and bottoms of the bars are blacked out for a unique appearance and "shadowed" look. The Putco Shadow grille is an easy at home installation that requires no-drilling, cutting, or removal of any grill components. The Putco Shadow Billet Grille require minimal tools to install. There are applications available for most trucks and SUVs. The Shadow Clamp-on Billet grille gives your vehicle a sleek look.

Recieved my Putco grille within 4 days. FAST SERVICE!

I was excited to get it installed quickly, so I opened the box and began laying out the parts. Hardware is simple but not high quality. The screws should have been painted black as they are visible after installation, and the backing brackets were very thin metal (and almost too small to grab the existing grille) that bent as soon as I tightened screws.

Overall, I'm satisfied with how nice it looks compared to the factory grille. But I worry that it might fall off because of the cheap brackets, so I will have to modify it before I feel satisfied it will stay on.

Except for the fact that the mounting bolts are about 1 1/2" too long, mounting was a snap. Perfect fit with no fiddling around. Looks great!
