I had a great experience dealing with real truck. they get the product to me very fast and its always in good order. the fender flares fit very well and took me less than one hour to put on my truck. Im very happy with both real truck and the products that i have purchased from them for this truck and my last one. Thanks again!

The flares fit fine. They seem larger in real life than in the pictures. There are multiple mounting options, and the pull-through tabs will hold the trim in until you can drill holes if that is your preference. (I recommend it.) I would buy these again, as the truck looks pretty plain without them, and they provide a little protection from door dings.

The fender trim came packaged in individual plastic sleaves and was in good condition. The product itself pretty much met my expectations. After the installation, it looks really great on the 2008 Chevy 1500 Silverado. The installation took me about 3 1/2 hours. I had to remove each wheel in order to get enough room to drill the holes for attaching the trim with the drill that I have. (I also installed the splash guards at this time also. Another reason to remove the wheels.) In the front wheel wells, there are three hex head screws that hold up the inner lining and prevent the trim from lying in place snugly. These are in the way of installing the trim directly. I opted to cut out areas of the trim piece so that the trim went around the screw heads. The rear trim pieces went in without any problems at all. I would recommend the trim as it definitely adds a little bling for eye appeal. Just be ready to spend a few extra minutes on installation on the 2008 Silverado.

Seems to be a quality product but the portion of the trim that extends into the fender well could be slightly longer so that it extends further under the fender well liner instead of landing part way on and part way off of it. As far as my purchasing experience, it was great, the product arrived very quickly and well wrapped to prevent damage.

Looks great and it was easy two install. Two different ways to install makes it easier. I found it easier to use both ways because one way kinda holds it in place while you screw it in for a more secure hold.

RealTruck has the best service and the best price, an unusual combination (normally you choose between one or the other) Delivery was lightning-fast.
The Putco fender trim was well packaged, well documented and easy to install: It looks great on a '08 Silverado LTZ that was vanilla-pudding plain before. The only objection (I'm nitpicking here) is that the inner arch of the trim was corrugated when its was made: Bending stainless to a given shape will do that. I'm not sure if a different fabrication process may result in a smooth surface inside the fender. Perhaps costs dictate this approach. But unless you're picky and scrutinice the trim closely you'd hardly notice.

Was fairly easy to install. Truck looks more trick.
