Putco's Pop Up tie downs are available in mirror chrome finish or black chrome finish. Sold in pairs (2 per set). The tie-downs simply mount into your trucks stake pockets. This product works with will with bed caps or without bed caps. A no-drill installation. The post "pops" up with a cam system that is activated by "pushing" in on the post for the up position and back down on the post for the hideaway down position. 3mm OEM quality chrome plating. (Tallahassee, FL) on 03/2008 These are really neat, but I hesitate on rating them a 5 because of the trouble to get them to lock into the pockets. I had to cut some of the rubber pads and install extras to get the pads bowed out enough to catch the pocket ridge and tighten properly. The parts themselves are all first rate quality and they may fit other trucks better than mine. That was the only problem with them, once I fixed that they are gold. They are tough, they don't rattle, and they are very smooth (no catching skin or clothing on these).
