Customer service was outstanding and friendly. I purchased the order early in the morning, and it was shipped same day!...and tracking provided immediately!..wow! Can't say much more than thank you for the great service! product arrived just as described...in perfect condition. Follow the instructions, and you should have no problem installing these yourself!..very easy to understand. End result..I love them! They are the perfect height and width for step ups, and they display an awesome appearance! The 4" ovals are a perfect match for a Ram 1500!
Highly recommended to other shoppers...for this product...and what was the best for me, is the customer service...it's hard to find company's/people/sites that are polite and responsive!...I will definitely be a returning shopper!

Very nice steps. Mounting was soooooo easy! Don't pay someone else to do this very simple install. All you need is a socket set and the allen wrench to fit one set of bolts. BTW, they don't install to the frame, they install under the body.
The only reason this gets a four star instead of 5 is because the bars are level to the ground when installed and not aligned or flush with the vehicles outline. I guess this is good for the factory Taco's, but if you are like me and adding a leveling kit then your bars are no longer level with the ground. There will be a slightly noticeable angle when looking at the steps from the side. If you do any Carpentry, Masonry or the like work and know what level looks like and are picky about it, then maybe you should consider another step assembly.
These steps are definitely worth the money, especially when compared to others and the install is so simple. If you're trying to decide on them, I say go for it.

Real nice touch of class to my 2008 Dodge Ram, 4X4 MegaCab, 3500 duelly. Very timely delivery and was even delivered on a Saturday. Easy instalation once I sorted out incorrect packageing (factory labeling) of the brackets. Nice job REAL TRUCK. You've earned my business and now I'm looking for more addons.

The t-bolts could have been 2 threads longer to reduce the amount of frustration in trying to put the washer, lock washer and nut on. I stripped the last nut. Other than that they look great and allows the family to get in the truck easier.

I thought i was getting wheel to wheel nerff bars, they were not. I even called to verify they were wheel to wheel. Stil very pleased with cost, quality and appearance. Easy installation.

I was very pleased with the appearance of the product. The tube steps were easy to install and sturdy under foot. The brackets used to attach the tube steps were heavy duty and easily mounted to the truck by removing 5 bolts per side and replacing with longer bolts supplied. Unlike a number of other tube steps that have plastic end caps secured by one screw on the back side of the step these have seamless welded stainless steel end caps that will never fall off or allow water to penetrate the tube like the plastic end caps. The brackets had a good coat of black paint and the mounting bolts were plated. One thing that was superior to other tube steps that I looked at were the fixed tapped hole inserts in the tube step to attach the steps to the mounting brackets. Others used a slotted track that hold nuts slid into that track, which to me seemed to be a lazy way to get the tube step mounting holes to line up with the bracket holes. Another thing I liked about the Raptor steps is that the mounting hardware is included. With the others you neeed to add the mounting hardware as a separate item that makes the total package pricier. My only suggestion for making the product better would be to offer an option for stainless steel brackets and mounting hardware . This would make the steps more costly but the mounting hardware would also be rustproof for states that salt the roads in the winter months. For the price, you can't beat these Raptor tube steps.

The shop had little trouble putting them on. In and out in around 30-40 minutes at the most. Cost to install was $30.00. Were some initial fitting issues with a bracket. It caused a grinding sound which was resolved. My only gripe is I wished the step was a couple of inches lower. Otherwise, the Raptors look good and are a tremendous value.

The step tubes look very nice. Relatively easy to install, but a little difficult to get straight. Would purchase this product again. A good value for the price. Shipped and arrived very quickly.

I like the running board itself because the ends don't have the plastic cap that could fall out at some point down the road. However I'm very dis-satisfied with the bracket's that mount them to the truck. the picture shows three bracket's and it only comes with two. you can also see the bolts in the bracket's.

These oval tubes were just what I wanted. The stainless was in good shape even though the box was almost destroyed. This is not the manf. fault. I did have a problem with the way they fit. The right side went on nice and smooth, and look great. The driver's side had a small problem. The middle mounting bracket won't move in enough to let the other brackets be even. The way the mounts are on my GMC Truck, the front bracket has to go in one spot and cannot be adjusted. This makes the middle and rear brackets only have little adjustment. So that left the step crooked. After a little modification, I reamed out the mounting bracket, It fit ok. Only took about an hour to mount without modifications. For the money I saved though, I will not complain. Got these instead of the Rommik bars, and saved nearly $250.
