Description
This universal tailgate seal also called a tailgate gasket kit is very easy to install by just cutting to length, peel the protective tape off and stick to install. These rubber tailgate seals are adhesive-backed EPDM automotive grade rubber and is designed to seal the tailgate area of pickup trucks to reduce dust, rain, and snow leakage by providing a tight tailgate seal. Great for pickups with toppers, lids and tonneau bed covers. Easy to follow instructions are included as well as an alcohol pad for prep. Total length is 9 feet to ensure you don't run short on seal material.

I am waiting for a warm day here in Central New York so I can install my tailgate seal. It is very important that the surface of the truck be at least 60 degrees of the adhesive may not adhere properly. The seal is well made and should last a long time.

Had to slightly modify the fit as not to hinder tailgate operation. Once it was installed all unwanted dirt and water stay out.Good product for the money.

i originally purchase my tonnue cover from a different company after 6weeks of waiting i went to real trucks for cover and tailgate seal i was impressed by the price the seal itself was better than i expected the cover is a thing of beauty the instalation was quick ans simple a perfect fit a i very pleased thanks gor the speedy delivery!!!

Went on my 2011 Silverado easy. There is one section at the top of the tail gate that it doesn't work becasue of the latch so I put it on the tail gate and that seems to work fine.
