First of all let me say that the reply to my request was absolutely wonderfully handled. Really much more than one would ever expect. The
only disappointment is in the product itself. The faulty unit had the date, the month, the day of the week, the time and EITHER the inside or outside temperature. Another BIG PLUS is that it ran off the CAR BATTERY. The plus in the new unit is that BOTH the indoor AND outdoor temperatures are visible at the SAME TIME, and it also has the clock. However in lieu of all the other features of the old unit it has a compass that is 60% of the actual dial. I love the responsive service that I received, however I have NO USE for a COMPASS, and I DO NOT like disposal batteries when there is a car battery available. So this
message has two themes, fantastic incredible follow up service, but the replacement product does not live up to my expectations. NEIL LAKATA

Compass display easily readable. Slow to respond to direction changes and battery cover comes off when removed from dask when mounted with velcro that is included. looks good.
