I love this. It's really great because I get sore backs from leaning over the computer during the day at work, and rough-housing with the kids when I come home. I'm not a fan of the thigh-massager motors, but otherwise I'm very happy. Recommended!!

Good product, and has performed as expected. Have not used the heat feature yet, but that was not a consideration when I purchased the product. The massage action works well, and a great help on long drives. Will probably purchase another for the wife's car.

The massaging unit works great. The heated seat takes the chill off but doesn't get as warm as I expected it to. A problem with the first unit I received was quickly and politely resolved. Wonderful company to deal with

All the controls (the part that plugs into the cigarette lighter) fell out of the plug within the first 60 days! I'm having a very difficult time returning it.

This product is not clear that you cannot heat ONLY. You can only heat while massaging, which is not something my husband wanted.
