These Nerf Bars are made from high quality 304 Stainless Steel 3 inch tubes that are polished to a high shine mirror finish. In addition to these 304 Stainless Steel Nerf Bar Steps you can also get them in a high quality black powder coat. Both 304 Stainless Steel and Black Powdercoat have a stainless steel end cap that is designed to match the high gloss of the entire tube. The Max Bar's side step pads are wider than most which provides a no slip, high-traction entry point and come complete with mounting brackets. (Fishersville, VA) on 10/2009 I ordered the Romik Max Bars as many other companies use black plastic end caps, which make them look somewhat cheap, in my opinion. They arrived as scheduled and with no damage or missing parts. They look really nice on my Ram 1500. I had them installed locally and it took 1 person about an hour. They are solid built and install easily in the pre drilled holes of the truck. The instructions are pictures only, but the installer said they were easy to follow. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I looked at many different brands of nerf bars and kept coming back to the Romik Max Bar because I didn't want the plastic end caps.

They had a few small scratches on them that were through the powder coat, but I figure they'll get some dings anyway. The black version has plastic caps not metal and they are flat on the ends. This isn't really noted anywhere that I saw(but I could have missed it). These are pretty picky negatives and overall its a solid product. Helps with the seat wear and also great for children getting in and out. No more sliding down the sill. I would recommend them

THE PARTS WERE EVERYTHING THE ADD SAID THEY WOULD BE. THANKS SO MUCH
