How does the SnowSport Install to my ATV? The SnowSport Utility Snow Plow Push Frame (which the Blade hans on) attaches to a 1.5" receiver hitch mount. The push frame for the plow just hooks up like a ball mount.
How difficult is it to assemble and install the snowsport snow plow? The Snowsport Blade and Push Frame are easy to assemble and come with step by step instructions that fully explain assembly and installation. Plan about 30 minutes depending on your mechanical skill.
How difficult is it to install a front 1.5" ATV hitch mount? The front end hitches are designed to bolt in place. The instructions are clear cut. The front receiver hitch is mounted to the ATV and the push frame is plugged into the front receiver hitch. The plow simply hangs on the push frame.
Can I install the SnowSport ATV Plow myself? YES, the instructions are very clear cut. If you do need assistance, call 1-877-216-5446 or 701-253-5906. Our customers overwhelmingly say "it was simple and easy to install".
How easy is the SnowSport Personal ATV Plow to hook-up or un-hook between jobs? It's very easy. Just insert the push frame into the front receiver hitch and secure with pin. Then hang the blade one end at a time onto the push frame (can be done in less than a minute). Unhooking is just as easy. You can also leave the blade in the transport position on the push frame all winter long.
How do you switch from transporting to plowing or from plowing to transporting? The operator must manually unhook the plow and lower it for plowing. For transporting simply lift the blade, one side at a time, onto the push frame. You can also leave the blade in the transport position on the push frame all winter long.
How can the SnowSport Personal ATV Plow operate without hydraulics? The blade is secured by the push frame. As you push the snow, the blade travels up and down as needed by gravity pushing the snow with the rubber cutting edge and aluminum blade. The rubber cutting edge is designed to cut through the snow but pass over the harder ground surfaces below and be gentle on grass. When you back up, the blade automatically lays back, skimming over the surface. Then you drive forward and the blade re-engages for plowing.

Universal mounting kit is not universal. An angle grinder and some rebar may be necessary. After modifications, plow works well

The receiver adapter didn't quite fit my 2011 Polaris Ranger, but that's the problem of the manufacturer not the vendor. I was able to make it fit by fabricating a bracket.
The plow requires some drilling prior to assembly. Aluminum chips everywhere. The assembly is easy if you lubricate the rubber strip before sliding it into the moldboard.
Performance of the plow is as expected. I'm very happy with it.

I'm transitioning from a 4x4 utility tractor to an electric UTV for snow plowing. This blade works as well as advertised. In wet snow, the blade drags small piles with it while backing up. Not a big problem as a shovel cleans it up quickly. I can plow about four times faster than the tractor, and with no damage to the turf. Awesome! I have yet to see how it works on very deep snow.

I have to say that I am extremely dissapointed to be writing this review. I was sent the wrong bracket to install this and it took weeks of phones calls and hours spent trying to get the right bracket for my ATV. After they finally got me the right one, when using the other parts a wrong screw had been sent to me and I had to go to Home Depot and find one that would work. The quality control at Agri-Cover is obviously lacking. I tried to work this out directly with Agri-Cover and was told for all of my trouble that they would send me a hat. Yes, a hat. It's too bad as the end product is pretty good but I wouldn't recommend the pain it takes to get to that part and the poor understanding of how to take care of a customer when you do have a problem.

Just purchased this plow. Haven't had a chance to use it (thought I would be proactive, rather than reactive). Shipping was fast. Product was as described. Assembly was simple enough... atv mount & plow was about an 1 hour (took my time). So for now, I will give it 5 stars... I hopefully I will remember to provide (value added) when I can actually judge the performance and utility of the plow.

I purchased this plow for my new-to-me 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 X2.
There was a slight mix up with the frame to atv bracket which was quickly cleared up by the great folks at realtruck. My reason for buying this plows was to be able to from gravel driveway to lawn with no digging in. The plow works just as advertised. It took care of all depths and types of snow and would say your only limitation is the power of your ATV. My 800 never whimpered. My only complaint would be that the angle to the left and right is not steep enough to shed the snow from the plow unless you have moderate speed to throw it off, going slow it just builds up in front of the plow. Fast shipping, very easy install and I don't have to worry about burning my winch out raising and lowering a heavy traditional plow. Eric in New Hampshire.

I am very pleased with the quality and usefulness of this product. It is a very simple (from the standpint of assembly, installation and opertion), yet rugged system. I especially like how light the equipment is, making it possible for one person to quickly and easily get the system setup and ready to plow - essentially within minutes. Also, the design makes it easy to store the system components in a realatively small space in my garage. After purchasing this unit, I have already spent a total of 42 logged hours plowing snow (just mid-January through mid-March 2008)with this system on my Kawaski Mule 610 ATV. It really does a great job of moving and re-depositing large amounts of snow out and off of my 1/5th mile long drive way.

This plow moved a lot of snow this year for me, it is simple to use and I recommend it, I even told an atv dealer about it and he was very interested. It works just like the snow sport video shows. Love it.

Impressive. As advertised, it is easy to install, works great and is easy to use, remove and store. I added the blade markers and they are great for seeing where the blade edge is durin use. Would highly recommend both. I am considering an adapter from 1/1/2" to 2" hitch so the blade will work on my vehicle. Impressive!!

RealTruck's service was excellent. As for the Snow Sport Plow: I purchased this blade because it was aluminum and "light weight". The mounting bracket that allows left/right angle adjustment is a massive chunk of steel that places lots of weight on the front end and unloads the rear wheels of my tractor. The blade comes with a rubber lip which I hoped would protect my asphault driveway and sidwalks from damage. The rubber lip has metal skid pads you screw on that dig in and defeat any protection offered by the rubber lip. I made a custom replacement for the skids out of polyethylene. A final blow is that the blade will not scrape clean; it leaves an inch or so of snow on the surface. Not a huge deal but there is no doubt that if I had it to do over again, I would buy a simple steel blade for $120 and call it good.
Again, RealTurck's provided prompt and friendly service.
