Manufacturers defect does not pertain to torn fabric from sharp objects.  If your tent has been damaged due to excessive use, or is older than one year, you may contact us for spare parts information.  Napier Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any warranty which it feels is not the fault of the manufacturer.
