Description

A truck just doesn't feel complete without a set of nerf bars added on. Steelcraft 3" round nerf bars are a longtime industry standard here to help you out. They provide a nice accent that also protects your rocker panels. Less "ummphf" and more "ahhh" is the idea, and Steelcraft nerf bars are a good way to make it easier to get in and out of your vehicle.

They are made from high quality 304 polished stainless steel and are custom fit to your exact vehicle. Each heavy duty side tube step comes with polyethylene step pads. These rugged non-slip gripping areas are made to withstand the elements so you can rest assured you'll have a safe place to step when getting out of your truck cab.

When you receive your Steelcraft 3" side tube steps you will find all the needed brackets and hardware have been included. Installation is a snap with no drilling required! Impressed with the quality of these nerf bars and the ease of installation. Very solid construction. Have had them on the truck for approx. 3 weeks now and have received many compliments on how they look. Very nice product.

My wife has both hip and knee issues, and when we bought our current truck, she had serious issues getting in and out of the truck, but much more painful getting in than out,because of the height of the truck. So when I bought the nerf bars for the truck, all the pain issues evaporated into thin air.

The nerf bars look great on the truck, and were very easy to install. I could not be happier with my purchase, and the same is true for my wife. : )

I have a 2002 Ford F-150 standard cab 8 Foot Bed. The only tricky part of installing these was figuring out how to get the metal plates with the bolts wielded to them into the hole on the under side of the truck. Essentially I had to put the whole plate into the hole, bolts too, and then manipulate it around until it was placed correctly. The instructions are rather thin on how to get those plates into the hole. At first I thought I ordered the wrong part. Other than that it was very easy and quick to mount. The spacing of the bolts was very close to being too short so be sure to leave the plates loose until you get the Nerf bar bolted to the brackets, then tighten the blot plates, then brackets. It's a tight fit but it does fit.
Met expectations. Good company to deal with. Good deal all around.
