A truck just doesn't feel complete without a set of nerf bars added on. Steelcraft 3" round nerf bars are a longtime industry standard here to help you out. They provide a nice accent that also protects your rocker panels. Less "ummphf" and more "ahhh" is the idea, and Steelcraft nerf bars are a good way to make it easier to get in and out of your vehicle.

They are made from high quality 304 polished stainless steel and are custom fit to your exact vehicle. Each heavy duty side tube step comes with polyethylene step pads. Received these nerf bars well wrapped in bubble wrap, so they were in perfect condition on arrival even though the box got a bit beat up. I had these installed on my 2004 Honda Pilot in about half an hour. Supplied brackets bolted to factory threaded holes on frame perfectly and bars bolted to brackets with no problems. The only tools you need are a ratchet with a 1/2 inch socket and a short extension and the allen wrench supplied with the hardware kit. I also had about twice the amount of bolts and washers necessary for installation, I assume this is a generic hardware kit used for several different vehicles. Quality seems to be on par for the price of these nerf bars. I can jump up and down on them and they don't move. My only complaint would be that the plastic caps on the ends of the bars are a little larger than the pipe and slightly oval, so they stick out from the edges of the bars a little, but it's not really visible when installed.

Product looks fantastic on the 2011 Honda Pilot! Got them installed within an hour or two. Instructions were good (pictures helped). Be prepared to use numerous sockets. One area for a bolt required an open end wrench (sizes in mm). Delivery was on time. Product well wrapped and easy to unpack. A very good experience.

Bang for the buck. Installation was easy. It came with all the parts (screws, nuts, bolts, etc). The manual that came with the packaging was good enough. If you still did not find it easy, you can download the instructions from steelcraft website which is much more clear. I did the whole installation alone in less than an hour. Also the service from this site Real Truck is fantastic. I got mine shipped free on time.

I am very satisfied with my nerf bars. The brackets fit the vehicle perfectly. There was no extra cutting or drilling. I've never installed nerf bars before, plus I did the job by myself so it did take me a few hours. I just took my time so I did it right and they installed nicely. The bars are solid and look good on the vehicle. The directions were simple and clear. I had a few questions when I ordered and customer service was very helpful. Not only that, she was American and spoke clear English, amazing! -Brian

Great Value! Excellent product and very easy to install. Each side took less 25 minutes. Shipment of product was super fast. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking for a great set of bars. I bought these for my wife's vehicle and luckily she loves them more than I did.
