Last year purccased tail light guard's and a brush guard for my Honda Element. The tail light assemply for the Honda Element cost $245.00 each at the time. I recently backed into the rear end of a tanker truck that was parked awkwardlyI purchased another in a filling station. A hook on the trusk bumper caught on the tail light protective gate and bent out when I pulled away. the tail aight was not damaged. I purchased another pair of tail light guards for less than the cost of one tail light assembly. They installed easly. The order arrived promptly and well pasked and includedd all the hardware I needed. I replaced the til light in less than five minutes.

I replaced Westin tail light guards because one snapped off as a result of backing into a tree.
The Steelcraft brand is a stronger, more robust design and looks as good. It is also much less expensive.
