When you use your vehicle to haul heavy cargo or tow your camper, boat, or work trailer, your factory leaf springs come under load and flatten out. Driving with your suspension in this position causes your truck to easily sway or wobble, making control difficult. Adding SuperSprings suspension stabilizers will eliminate this condition and put you back in control!
As you add load to your rear suspension, these helper springs will be activated through the rollers on each end. This keeps your leaves from flexing as much and prevents excess sway, giving you better control when towing or hauling big loads. SuperSprings simple design "deactivates" automatically when your not hauling or towing since they only come into play as you add tension to your rear suspension.
SuperSprings come in several different lengths to fit a variety of different sized leaf springs. They are also made in light, medium, and heavy duty strengths to fit your specific needs. All components are powder coated to protect against corrosion and extend their lifespan.
Installation is super simple since there are only a few bolts to tighten on most vehicles and no special tools required. Detailed instructions are included specific to your particular vehicle. You should have no problem getting your new helper springs added in about an hour.
Get your self better control and enhance the load carrying capacity, handling and towing of your truck with SuperSprings suspension stabilizers. You can be proud to know they are made in America and come backed by a five year warranty. Go ahead and get yours today!
Even though SuperSprings will enhance your load capacity, never load your vehicle beyond the manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating.
Installing your SuperSprings suspension stabilizers doesn't require any special training, although an understanding of basic auto maintenance & repair is helpful. Most of these helper springs can be installed in about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Step-by-step instructions ensure you can correctly complete the install safely. if you have any questions or would like additional information regarding this or any other SuperSprings product, simply give one of our customer service representatives a call any day of the week.

My truck required the mounting kit. This was by far the easiest thing to install out of the entire spring kit. It did not really say where to exactly put the kit when installing, but common sense pretty much leads the way on that one. I had to bring mine back a little ways to avoid the line that run along my axle and by doing so it did not affect any of the working range of the spring. Just bolt it up and go.
When I first received my super springs I opened the box and thought wow how did I not think of something this simple. The description talked about how easy they were to install and when you look at it, its almost so simple you wonder how it even works. Yet, the second that I installed them, there was a day and night difference in the feel of my truck. My kit came with the three hole shackle, where I used the middle hole. It raised my truck about 1 1/2" on both sides evenly. The install time took longer than what I thought because it was so simple I really didnt believe that they would work so I triple checked all measurements for ease of mind. My truck required the mounting kit and I did upgrade the hardware to grade 8 bolts, rather than using the soft bolt that they provided. Other than that the instructions are pretty bland, but easy to read and the results from them completely satisfied me. I will be using this set up on all my trucks from now.
Easy to install and leveled out the suspension on my F250 which I use to pull a heavy racing trailer. I would recommend this product to those who pull a trailer often and need more rear suspension in their truck.
Product lifted my rear suspension 2" but helped secure my rode while hailing 1800 lb pallets in the bed of my f150
My 2011 Tacoma had some rear end sag, so my main reason for installing Super Springs was to level the ride. I used the upper setting for most lift, and got about 1.5 inches, which leveled the ride. Bottom line - they did what I wanted.
As far as installation, some of the online videos I watched had me believe these springs can be installed in 10 minutes. If you install these every day, maybe so, but for a weekend mechanic you may want to figure on a couple hours. I had to remove the skid plate from the gas tank in order to get the left spring in. (Once the left spring was in, the plate was easy to reattach)
As far as ride, Super Springs unload the factory springs a bit, so you get a softer ride. Whether or not you like this is a matter of personal preference. I personally like a stiffer ride since most of the driving I do is on pavement, but the Super Springs do offer a nice ride off road. The lower portion of the brackets hang down a few inches, which might be a concern if you do a lot of hard core off roading, since there's a chance of something hitting the bracket.
Before shelling out for the springs, I considered other options such as air bags and add a leaf springs. I installed a traditional add a leaf on my 1997 Tacoma. It was inexpensive in comparison to Super Springs, but was a hassle to install. The add a leaf gave me about 3 inches of lift - too much, but after hauling a few loads of concrete, the ride leveled out. The add a leaf provided a stiffer ride than Super Springs, with less body roll in the corners.
Conclusion: If you want a smooth ride and don't mind paying a little extra, Super Springs are the way to go.
This is the kit you need if your axle is below your springs. Straightforward, beefy, heavy steel parts. Easy to install per the instructions.
I have a 2008 Dodge RAM1500. Good 1/2 ton pickup, but when I loaded the bed with 40 or so bags of mulch, or a pallet of sod, lots of sag. I recently bought a 2+ ton tractor with 20' trailer and will be towing it from time to time, noticed when I hitched and towed it for the first time, lots of sag. So I knew I had to remedy it. Found these, the reviews were good, price is OK. They arrived as scheduled from RealTruck. Instructions were clear, had to order the mounting kit too. Using a floorjack, one side then the next, it took me a couple of hours to install them. Probably can be installed quicker, but I tend to take my time and check, double-check things. When I was done, I noticed that I have a bit more lift at the rear of the truck, not bad. The ride is relatively unchanged. Days after, I loaded up 40 bags of mulch, nowhere near the usual sag. Success! Then a few days later, I needed to tow the tractor on trailer. Again, not nearly the sag I had before. Big success! Helped with handling too. Would recommend for anyone who really uses their 1/2 ton pickup.
The only way to properly complete your modification is with these mounting attachments. Don't fit it, embrace it. The job is not complete without these and after the reenforcement your rear suspension gets out of the Super-Springs you won't even think of these as an addition charge.
These springs were recommended to me by the Pro's at my local Truck Modification shop. They are indeed the easiest no-maintenance fix for supporting your truck's rear during heavy loading and towing. You will get a very stable rear-end while towing and it does eliminate the factory sag you had when using only stock springs. They took all of the worries out of my last move as I could consentrate on driving and not on dipping the rear at the next dump in the road.
I purchased the Superspring to decrease the sag in my truck when pulling my 30' travel trailer. The installation was very simple and quick. The kit required for installation was very straight forward and simple to install. I immediately noticed more stable handling and less sway when hauling a load. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking at this solution prior to adding airbags, or other solutions to stabilize the tow ability of a truck.
