The snatch block is great. Works smoothly, capacity is excellent. I've purchased other blocks in the past that were a bit iffy on line diameters, 9.5mm line rubbing on the sides of the block, but the Warn is perfect! I did have a bit of trouble when ordering it from you: I did not see any place to put shipping address separate from billing address (a Post Office Box), and of course the order was shipped FEDEX. By the time I was notified (by you), the box had already been (I guess) shipped back; couldn't find it anywhere. No big problem however, but I would recommend emphasizing the possible necessity of giving a UPS type shipping address on your website.
