Superwinch S & Large S Series High Performance Utility Winches

The Superwinch S Series is available in the following sizes: S3000, S4000, S5000, S6000, and the S9000. Features for the S Series are that they have mechanical and dynamic brake, a full-metal gear-train, a freespooling clutch for fast wire rope payout, and a high efficiency low amp draw motor. These S Series winches are commercial grade integrally mounted and sealed contactor which protects it against the elements, and the circuit breaker is protected also. Comes with a durable handheld remote switch on with a 30' lead and a roller fairlead. The S3000, and S4000 has a 1.3 hp motor, with gear ratio of 159:1, breaking action is mechanical and dynamic, and the wire rope dimension is 3/16" and 60' long with latched hook. The S5000 has a 2.1 hp motor, mechanical and dynamic breaking action, and the dimension of wire rope is 1/4" and 50' long with latched hook. The S6000 series comes with a 3.4 hp motor, gear ratio of 253:1, 1/4 turn activation for the freespooling clutch, an automatic in-the-drum breaking action, and the wire rope dimension is 5/16" and 100' in length. The S9000 S Series winch has a 4.2 hp series wound motor, gear ratio of 253:1, a 1/4 turn activation for the freespooling clutch, an automatic in-the-drum breaking action and the wire rope dimension is 5/16" with 100' length.
