Dual locking design, locks bike to carrier and carrier to rack. Big Mouth Bike Rack Carrier: Easy to mount, convenient rack level bike clamping feature. The Upright Bike Carrier that set the Standard for Bike Carrying Flexibility and Ease of Use. Capacity is 1 bike. Worry free automatic self-adjusting jaws for perfect bike clamping every time. Accomodates bike frames up to 3 1/8" in diameter. Dual locking design locks bike to carrier and carrier to rack.
