The torza top comes completely assembled. Just open the box and set the cover on the front of the bed of your truck. Secure the patented hand cam clamps, then fold the cover towards the tailgate. Advantage corrected the error as soon as I notified them. The only other problem I had was that the front holes in the rails did not line up with the mounting bolt hole in the Ridgeline bed. After relocating the holes, enlarging them to an oval, the top fit fine. This problem seems to be fairly common as noted on various forums about this top, but is not universal.

The screws that scure the latches are just a little too short to make the fit easy. It would take less than 1/4 inch to make this work much better.

The cover is "as advertised." It fit my 2009 Tacoma perfectly right out of the box, was easy to install, required no modifications to truck or cover, and has the look and feel of a well-designed product. I chose the hard version of the cover, as we get a fair amount of snow here in North Central MA, and I have had the snow load collapse the bows on conventional tonneau covers. I was initially concerned that the tie-down rail system in my Tacoma might interfere with cam locks working properly. Sales Rep Lucy Geigle was very helpful on the phone, and called the factory for me to confirm that the cam locks are designed to work with the rails (and they do). The cover arrived on my doorstep in only 8 days, which was a surprise to me, as I had been told to expect a longer delivery time. Assuming the cover is as durable as it looks, I rate this as a good purchase.

It is easy to remove from the truck and reinstall if I ever need to get a load of dirt or gravel. The cover looks great and performs well, the bed of the truck has rarely had any water in it due to leakage (that says a lot considering I live in Seattle). The installation took longer than it should have due to the holes in the rails not lining up properly. I had to oversize several mounting holes in order for the rail to finally line up (good thing I used to be an airplane structure mechanic). I feel that it was money well spent, I just wished that the tailgate locked on my Ridgeline.

The Torza Top Hard Hat is well made and fairly easy to install. One trick is to ensure the screw in the middle of the bed is tightened first - this will help ensure a snug fit against the side of the bed. Otherwise a large gap may occur. I also recommend replacing the provided Torx screws with better made socket head or pan head screws (depending upon local availability in your area as these are Metric). The heads on the provided Torx screws strip out easily. Once installed, the cover is very easy to open and close. Using some Liquid Nails sealant (not adhesive!!) helps provide an even more water resistant seal. Use a Pop N Lock to complete for a secured bed. I highly recommend this cover for the Ridgeline.

It comes fully assembled, fit and finish are perfect, the instructions are clear and concise and they even supply you with an extra roll of weatherstripping should you ever need it. The cover has done exactly what I wanted it to. It gave me secure storage in the bed. I can lock the tailgate on my truck. Once this is done, you cannot open the tonneau cover. I now can keep things like golf clubs, etc in the bed with some piece of mind. The truck looks more finished as well. It sets it off beautifully. As a bonus, I put the cover on and gained approx. 3 miles/gallon on the highway (easy to verify as my truck shows mileage on the dashboard). I went from 18 to 21 highway.

I needed something that did not involve attaching a anything the full length of the bed rails as my removable Yakima bike fork racks attach to the underside of the bed rail. The cover can be open while driving/transporting the bikes and closed when required. The hard construction allows for security of my goods when closed with my locking tailgate. If I need full use of my bed it can be easily removed in minutes. The 4 mounting clamps are super easy - it took us 5 minutes to install the first time. The vinyl is a great look and nice bonus. PS The service from Real Truck is great - they know their products & are friendly and helpful.

Can lift the back third for most of what I need to do but the whole thing will come off in seconds. Pretty water tight even in the heaviest of rains. Consider this cover over the standard Honda cover as it is lighter, a lot cheaper, removeable, self installable (I did) and you can lift only the back third if you want. Only negatives are it isn't lockable and totally waterproof (drops will get in). Looks good. Would recommend to my fellow Ridgeline owners who love their Ridgelines.

My only complaint is that when it's really hot out, the cover will slide, there's not enough fine adjustment. To get the cover to not slide, I can hardly close the clamps, and I'm afraid I'm going to break them. Also, the panel over time will try to separate from the frame, it is glued. But I'm very happy overall, it is very easy to put on and remove, and serves it's purpose. The vinyl is ok, just hard to keep clean.

I did a lot of research before buying and this cover has the best of eveything. It has a well constructed frame, rugged hardware and the craftsmanship in the assembly is very good. The only caution ... I expected the tonneau material to be different based on the description and pictures on the website. It was described as the same material/fabric as used in convertible tops, however, it's more like vinyl than fabric. Still, it looks good and I'm pleased overall.
