My only (somewhat) negative is that the clamps will loosen over time, so they should be checked periodically to ensure a snug fit. But I also had a hard Tonneau on another truck and that loosened once in a while as well. The top is easy to clean, flexes easily, and is light enough for one person to handle. Top notch product. I'm very satisified considering I was looking for another Hard "T" but it was cost prohibitive at the time.
