I am trying to purchase American Made products for my new Silverado.
I like the bed cap rails; but they did not have enough double sticky tape to hold them on. I have them mounted them under a crossbed tool box in the front, but the rear corners were slightly warped and would not stay down; so I used a blob of "Goop" on each end. this seems to be okay for now, and I will be custom fitting some tie-down hooks in the stake holes; so that should anchor them more completely.
We need more quality American-Made products if we are to prosper, once again!

The cut out holes were not flush with my truck and I had to cut into the plastic. The 3M tape isn't strong enough to keep the rails down. I had to purchase more tape to better secure it. We'll see how it holds up in the heat as summer approaches. On the postive side, I like the look of the product. I just think they should provide more tape to ensure it doesn't come up or lose. If you buy it this product, buy extra tape and secure the front and back end.

A good product which fit quite well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the left side bed rail had some minor marks on the outside of it that may have occured during manufacturing, I'm not sure. If you want a perfect product then insist that REALTRUCK open the box and inspect them BEFORE they ship them to you.

Looks good. Great fit. I used a little more doublesided tape (may have been ok without it). I also had to trim the stake pocket hole cutouts slightly with a razor knife in order to fit some stake pocket tie downs.
The product description did not say if these were for a Styleside or Flareside box. WAD-01621 is for the 6' Styleside box.
