Very easy to install
Very pleased with fit, finish, utility, and low profile look. I received prompt shipping and delivery backed up by emails. Will in Virginia.
Me gusto fácil de instalar se los recomiendo
When the window was closed the corner on the upper right of the drivers side broke off. It was not a problem. it was a part that was not seen when installed. The same happened on the passenger side. It was a moon shaped piece about 3/8 inch long.
I received these front and rear window deflectors very fast. They were exactly what I ordered. The front window deflectors installed very easily, however, 3m double sided tape would have been an added bonus, but is no longer used???
The rear deflectors were a pain to install, to say the least. They came with these metal clips that serve absolutely no purpose, and ended up cracking each deflector as I was trying to ease them into place. I followed the directions exactly, and was greatly disappointed. What has happened to the double sided 3m tape that worked perfectly before??? I contacted Realtruck, they in turn had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Within 7 days, I received an email that the deflectors would be replaced free of charge. Within 7 days, I received the replacement pair... which to my surprise, contained the same metal installation clips as before. I took a little trip to the department store, purchased a roll of double sided outdoor tape for around $7.00, and installed the deflectors the "old way". They went into position perfectly, and I haven't had an issue since.
In my opinion, WeatherTech should do away with the metal clips altogether, and start using the 3m double sided tape again. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Evidently, they've had a lot of trouble with these clips before, or they wouldn't have replaced mine without question.
Realtruck was very helpful and will continue to receive the bulk of my business. Thank You
The drivers side went in with no trouble.
The passenger side is a whole other story. The instructions call for peeling back the rubber but on the 2014 that isn't right. there isn't anything to hold them in place so when the window comes up it catches the visor and rolls back down, hauling the visor with it. it might end up being a two man job, one prying the visor in place while the other raises the window. i haven't given up yet.
need new instruction set for this model year truck.
The first set was messed up and they replaced no questions asked that was great.
Fast shipping work great
