Snapped easy. I had to clean the window slots more thoroughly using rubbing alcohol and paper towels as my car was 8 year old and it had collected lots of dirt in that area. I wish I bought these window vent visors years before!

These looks really nice except for the way the clip holds the front window visors at the bottom...it completely pinches or folds up the rubber seal in the channel (looks very bad) and does not secure them very well. Someone could steal them very easily or they could blow off in my opinion. I glued mine on with clear 3M glue in three places on each front visor..yes they are really on there foreever I guess?...it should be fine though. The front windows still close and open like they should and besides that, it is simular to how the rear visors are attached with 3m glue tape (F-150 super cab) I still give them a 5 star

Easy installation on both the front and the rear, took me about 20 minutes for all four (and that includes cleaning the windows). They look good and work as advertised. Cut down on the air noise when the windows are down, and when it's raining you can open the windows to vent the interior and stay dry.

These were fairly easy to install,but I'm not sure they will hold up very long. The fit isn't all that secure,and I'm not sure they will stay in place. Time will tell I hope the warranty is good.

Bought for my friend and she loves them. Riding in her VUE, didn't seem which way the wind blew was a wind tunnel inside the car. The visors cut down on the outside noise as well. Good Quality but the instructions, SUCK! Still got them installed in a matter of a couple minutes. The thickness inside the window channel at the top could be a littlethinner. My windows have an auto up feature but when the window reaches the top it like to come back down half way because it thinks there is something getting pinched. Other than that they look much better than the stick on type and perform very well. I would glady purchase these again down the road for other vehicle applications.

I have to say REAL TRUCK is at the top of my list for internet sales. the product was very simple to install back windows are a 5 but the front windows are less do to no adhesive they are just popped in place and when you activate the window the vent moves.

Look great. Have them installed in a 2007 Ridgeline. The only problem is for automatic windows it does make them stop and go back down unless you hold the button to close the window. It does not do it all the time, but more often than not. Also, the passenger side does move a little bit, but I am just going get some liquid adhesive to fix that. I feel they are a little pricey, but they do what they say and match the bug shield, so I am 100% satisfied.

The front visors installed without incident and they look great. However, once I moved to the back set on my F150 SuperCrew it was a different story. I needed to trim (with a Dremel) about 1/8" from each side to get them to fit in the channel properly. Otherwise, the visor was extremely bowed-out... Once the trim was complete they fit fine, but I expect more for this kind of money. It was only a 20 minute modification, but I can't recommend these since I know I'm not the first to site fitment issues with these visors. Shame on you, WeatherTech...

Fitment was sub-standard. I had to trim the front visors off by about 3/8" on both side to fit it in the clip that hold it in place. The rears look like they are for another model of truck that also needed trimmed by about 1/16" to fit in the channel. They certainly don't look as if they are designed for the 2009 F150 Crew Cab.

This is a tough one to rate. The deflectors looks great and are made of high quality materials. With their design, they blend in with the vehicle don't 'stand out' when installed. The chance of rain getting in a parked vehicle when the windows are left slightly open is zero. I also like the fact that they are optically clear and come in a light tint unlike the competitors'.
But... the packaging leaves much to be desired. The rear windows were put in a plastic sleeve, but the sleeve was not sealed so they came out and slid around inside shipping carton where they got scratched and one of the front visors was optically distorted. RealTruck did a good job and promptly sent another set, but it was packaged the same way and the rear visors were again scratched, though not as bad. I debated sending them back and getting a refund, but decided to keep them figuring after a while, they'll probably get more scratches while on the vehicle. A simple low-tech piece of tape over the end of the sleeves or some packing additional packing material would have prevented this problem. This is a WeatherTech problem, not a RealTruck problem.
I am somewhat surprised that WeatherTech only give a one or three year warranty (can't get a straight answer on this) while the competition gives a lifetime warranty for less than half the price on what appears to be an inferior product. The WeatherTech's seem very durable, but it just makes me wonder why the short warranty for something that's priced this high? Perhaps time will give me the answer - I hope it's good news.
Lastly, and not a big deal, both sets came with that appears to be some sort of installation tool. There is nothing in the instructions about what it is or how to use it and The WeatherTech support number had no idea what it was, but it was in both packages (I did not have them in the previous set of deflectors I purchased for another vehicle a year ago). I installed them per the instructions without using it, and I still can't figure out what it is.
Better packaging and a lifetime warranty and I would give this 5 stars!

The installation was a bit trickier than originally lead to believe. However, carefully following the enclosed instructions (rather than the more general or web instructions) worked best. Definitely observe the warning regarding installation above 50 degrees (even at 50 degrees the install was difficult).
The visors look great and are of quality construction. They meet expectations for overall use. There is a mild whistling noise, when traveling at higher speeds or when strong winds are encountered.
The dark smoke color blends very well with the darker exterior body styles. From the outside the visors are not perceptable. They are visible from inside the cab but after a few moments quickly blend into the remaining body characteristics.
They do allow for full air movement without worrying about rain or bird waste from getting into the cab. I look forward to a cooler cab in the summer time.

Great Product,
The visors fit my Tundra like a glove. It took longer to read the insrtuctions than to install the visors. They look like OEM.
These are not the cheapest visors on the market but probably the best bang fot the buck.

The front wind vents had broken leading ends from poor packaging. They don't seem to interfer with the windows and the missing part is hidden within the channel.
The back ends of all four vents are hit hard by the windows. The two fronts still cause the windows to reverse. I must exit the car to pull on them to close the windows.

Product was delivered extremely quick and installtion instructions were perfect. There is slightly more wind noise with windows closed but is acceptable due to the aerodynamics of the design and is a normal function with them installed. They work great and definately let fresh air in and keep the rain or morning mist outside. Would recommend the weathertech in-channel wind deflectors to anybody. Great Product!!!

This set includes the front and back visors. The front visors fit great, however, the back visors are loose. The double sided tape on the back visors which help hold these in place, seems to be to small to be of any benifit.

The product (WeatherTech In Channel Side Window Vent Visors)is fantastic! Very easy to install (Read the instructions first...they are important) The first time I drove my car after installing the Visors it was raining, I was able to open my windows for air without getting wet. It's outstanding to find a product that actually performs and lives up to it's claims!
The In-Channel Visor is the way to go if you are looking for a product that will protect the interior of your car and still allow for fresh air to circulate. Although it is a bit on the pricey side vs. the "tape on visors" about double the cost,it is a worth while investment to protect your car's interior from the weather & the exterior from the damage the tape can do to your cars paint.
I wish I could give 5 out of 5 stars for this item as I think it truly rates it. However, this item took entirely way to much time to be processed & shipped out...almost a month! I ordered and received a conformation email, then after my order was to be shipped, I received an email telling me the item was now on back-order & I would receive an email when it was going to ship out. I did get the email & I called the day it was to be shipped and I was told it had shipped out, then 2 days later I receive an email telling me the item had not shipped and it gave me a new date for shipping. Finally, just shy of a months time I received an email telling me my item had shipped out.
As I said I would give the Visors 5 out of 5 stars...but the process and shipping leave much to be desired!

Very good product, visors look great. The install was pretty straight forward. I beleive anyone would be able to put them in. One actaully camed shipped to me cracked and I had contacted the company about the situation, they were extremely helpfull and I had a new one a few days later, no questions asked. For the most expensive set of vent visors, I expected Weather Tech to be the best. Not the case. The way they mount is not exactly ideal. The metal clip on the bottom of the window will eventually wear through the rubber seal. They are not cut exactly to fit my 2008 F150. The bottom has to be shaved down about 1/8" to 1/4" to fit snug against the channel. And to top it all off, the two rear window covers with the adhesive.....yeah they are smashed in a million pieces on the highway because they both fell off! Great product!

Very dissapointed in the fit. The back windows wont stay in. When I rolled the rear windows down the visors would come out. I had to purchase 3M tape and put it on them to keep them in. The front don't go all the way up into the channel and you can see the glue area on the visors. Very dissapointed. Won't buy Weathertech again. AVS was better on my old truck.

I am extremely pleased with the WeatherTech In Channel Side Window Vent Visors. They are an absolute perfect fit on my 2008 Tacoma. I especially like the extra length of visor that extends down along the window channel, between the door and the side mirror. Since their fit is so precise in the window channel, the adhesive free design is also quite nice. I like the light tint in this style, and the low profile design really adds to their great appearance. I will be buying a set of these for my 2003 Matrix and 2002 Highlander too!

While browsing the internet, looking for window vents, I came across Real Truck.com. I called and spoke to the sales rep. about the WeatherTech In Channel Side Window Vent Visors (a brand and style i had never heard of) for a PT Cruser. At first, I was skeptical about how the "in channel" style of vent would fit the door frame. However, after speaking with sales rep. I felt confident in the Weather Tech brand. They fit perfectly; much nicer than over the door frame sticky type. I would recomend these window vents to anyone (well worth the $$$.) Additionally, at the time I purchased, Real Truck had the best purchase and shipping price I seen on the Net.

Vent visors really don't fit well, not an easy install (must use these clips that pull window weather stripping loose), they do have wind noise. I should have listened to everyone that said get the ones with adheisive that stick on, not the window channel mount. Live and learn.

These window vents work like I expected them to, but I have an issue with them as far as them not working well with the Lexus safety feature where the window senses an obstruction and automatically opens. Very unhandy when it's zero degrees outside.
I followed the instructions that were included that were supposed to prevent this and even had the dealer take a try...no luck. I can only make them work by raising the window a bit at a time, inching it up, cannot use the automatic close feature.

The product I purchased is an okay product. I do not like the way it mounts, the bottom of the deflector rests on my outside window seal. If the product was made shorter and did not have to rest on the seal I would have given the product a better rating. Realtruck.com, first time ordering and I think it is a great website to order from.

Look better than the ones that tape on the outside of window. The down side is when a dust storm comes up and grit gets in the channel the window make a scratchy sound when is closes at the top of the track. (window against plastic vent visor)
