This is my second set, this time stainless because the black powder coated bars fell apart with rust and i rarely ever used the truck in salt. Install is easy, they are solid- real truck is good to deal with.

My first order looked great, steps, all necessary nuts bolts, hardware and instructions. I was excited as this was my first Truck and my first peace of equipment for my truck.
As a female found the intructions easy to follow, pictures were a plus. I had the driver side on and went to complete passenger side one little rivetted nut kept me from completing the attachment of the Nerf Step. I had to return product and all it came with. I called Westin spoke to Val who reviewed my issue, said to call RealTruck ask for replacement.
I was disappointed but was encouraged with prompt customer service, within six business days First set of steps returned and second set received. It took me 20 minutes to attach steps to frame of truck and tighten all bolts. It looks great!

I just purchased the Westin E Series 3 Nerf Bars for my 2012 Toyota truck. The transaction was the easiest I've ever had shopping on-line. I called REALTRUCK and spoke with a representative to explain what I needed. The salesperson knew exactly the correct ones I needed for my truck. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy to speak with. I would recommend REALTRUCK for all your accessories. The price was cheaper than other companies, but best of all was the quick shipping and customer service. It's pleasant to speak with folks who understand and care about my purchase. They really go out of their way to please the customer. I installed them in about 30 minutes. Very simple especially for a person who has never installed nerf bars before. Prior to installing them I checked with my local mechanic and he said he would install them for $80. Glad I" did it myself. Easy instructions and they line up perfectly. My best experience with REALTRUCK was the customer service and their knowledge of the product.

Looks great, installed easily. Only issues were small (1 inch) crack in one plastic step pad and slight dent in one tube. Not clearly visible so did not send back. Fits perfectly on my 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. These match the black ones that came with the truck that I had to remove due to rust issues.

We had someone install them for us because we are not good at that type of thing - there were a lot of parts. But they look great and are very sturdy. Gave a beautiful touch to our Ford Explorer and were way cheaper than from the dealer. Definitely would recommend.

Would have given a higher rating but installation instructions are terrible. The first side took me about 1 1/2 hours. Once I figured it out the second side only took 1/2 hour and I was working alone. Didn't have to do any drilling.
