Westin Automotive's universal Truck-Pal tailgate ladder and step is designed to get you into your truck’s bed safely! Its convenient and compact storage allows you to maximize available space when not in use. It is quickly and easily mounted with the Four (included) self-drilling/tapping screws designed for maximum holding strength in sheet metal applications. Makes getting into and out of the truck bed much easier. Rather than the single swing out step having several short steps when loading and unloading is a safer situation.

It even works with the roll top cover installed on the truck. One improvement would be the ability to remove the ladder leaving the bracket on some sort of quick detach system. Overall this is a great solution to a problem that has been overlooked for years, and is finally getting some attention. I bought this for my Dad as a present. It works great for someone who is just beginning to admit that the years are catching up with him. I may even get one for my truck.
