Aries 3" Stainless Nerf Bars are lean, mean, and awesome to step on. It takes some big leg stretches to jump in or out of most trucks and SUVs, but that's exactly where a solid pair of side step bars can come in handy.

The Aries 3 inch nerf bars that line our digital store shelves are equipped with more than sufficient stepping area for even the largest and dirtiest of work boots and are padded with a non-slip surface to keep you sure footed. They come in stainless steel. They are also offered in either cab or wheel to wheel length sizes to suit your vehicle type.

Aries 3" Stainless Nerf Bars have well crafted aesthetic appeal and feature blended end caps and attractive raised step pads. The only downside is you might be a little hesitant to scuff something so nice, but fortunately, they're also built to be tough as nails.

On the whole, one would be hard-pressed to find a better value on side step bars than these Aries 3" Stainless Nerf Bars. Their combination of functionality, looks, and price point makes for a great deal and one that we're proud to be able to offer to you.

Ease of Installation
The nerf bars I installed replaced some old nerf bars that went on this truck was it was new in 1998. They were rusted and looked bad.

The new nerf bars look great but feel considerably lighter than the old ones I removed. I have to say that the installation instructions could easliy be improved and all be on the same page as they are now. On top of the they are advertised as "NO DRILL" installation which is flat not true. No way any human being can get the so called "self drilling" screws to get through the body metal to mount the top half of the angle supports. I did have to drill a pilot hole.

Ease of Installation
Instructions that came with bars left a lot to be desired for my model of truck. The support brackets had the wrong size holes for the hardware that was supplied. I had to drill some larger holes and puchase some larger bolts in order to be able to attach the support brackets.
