Highland warrants the products delivered herewith against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days following purchase. If found to be defective in workmanship and materials within 90 days of purchase, such product(s) will be repaired or replaced at Highland's expense or at Highland's option, the purchase price refunded.
Limitation on Liability: The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Highland's warranty does not apply to any goods which have been subject to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including, but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, modification, improper installation, adjustment or repair be Buyer or any third party. Highland will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages in connection with their products under any circumstances. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
