Took out 4 cab mount bolts to mount 4 brackets and 1 bolt for each bracket. So all you have to deal with is 8 bolts total mounting is quite simple even for a rookie! My only wish is the rear bracket mounted back ass far as possible on a regular cab so the nerf bar had ass much support as possible to the rear!

These steps give my truck the look and accessibility that I was looking for. They stay high and tight to the body and still work great for getting in and Out of my truck and toolbox.

These look nice and work great, especially since they are long enough to help in reaching inside the truck bed of my extended cab truck. The closeness to the truck body is just what I wanted to help with its good looks and is fine if you dont have huge feet. All my friends complimented the looks and function.

I normally don't write reviews. But since you asked, I will never buy this product. I would not recommend it to anyone. The finish of the bars was OK. It came with 4 brackets that were the same. So you couldn't screw it up putting it on. But installed, the back of the Nerf bar dipped down. So I measured the difference. The front of the bar measured 12 inches and the back was 10 and 3/4. I could have my friend re weld it. But then it would take off the powder coating. Also people ask me, what is wrong with your Nerf bars? All in all it looks stupid with it dropping down on both sides
