RealTruck Awarded 2016 Platinum Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award
Truck accessories e-retailer recognized for phenomenal customer satisfaction
Fargo, N.D. (October 25, 2016) - RealTruck.com is proud to have received the Platinum Bizrate Circle of Excellence award for the third year in a row. This award is presented by Bizrate Insights, a Time Inc. company and one of the largest sources of verified consumer-generated seller ratings and reviews. RealTruck was one of over 3,500 online retailers in North America considered for the 17th annual Bizrate Circle of Excellence award.
To receive this award, online retailers had to earn satisfaction scores higher than the program average for seven key indicators that include: overall satisfaction, product selection, ease of finding, repurchase intent, product met expectations, customer support and on-time delivery. Only 2.7 percent of eligible North American online retailers met those standards.

To achieve the Platinum Award, the highest Bizrate award distinction, a company had to average a minimum score of nine out of ten in all seven satisfaction indicators. Only 208 e-retailers received the 2016 Bizrate Circle of Excellence award, with 97 receiving Platinum Award status.
