Plus, this Premium hard tri-fold tonneau has two built in LED cargo lights, which come in handy at night. So there you have it. A pickup truck tonneau cover that was made to protect, lesson grandmas work load and ultimately pay for itself. Why wait? Get your truck into a Rugged Premium Hard Fold truck bed cover today!

|Not quite as heavy duty as I was used to but still great! Super easy to install. My husband likes the twist to tighten latches on the front of the cover better than the front ones, I'm the opposite. So that's all about preference. I think the hardest part about the whole install was trying to get the dust/rain flap on the very front to lay over the bed instead of curl under.|

|So I left a review for this product a month or so after I purchased it and was happy with the appearance and construction. However, A few months ago I folded up my cover for the first time since ordering and to my disappointment the paint on my truck was missing where the clamp rails are located. All four (4) spots on the top of the bed rail was down to the bare metal. I made contact with Rugged Liner and was anything but satisfied. They sent me some rubber spacers designed to lift the cover higher but, that only left a gap between my truck and the liner. Then they sent someone to my house and looked at my truck and admitted they had a design flaw. After a lot of emails back and forth they said that there is no warranty for damage to my truck but, would send me $100.00 to have my paint "touched up". I got a quote from 2 different repair [;aces and they were both over $1000.00 to make my truck back to normal and sent them the quotes. They had the boss Steve Williamson(?) call me and told me that I could take $150.00 or nothing. Finally had to take the 150 and buy bed rail covers after using touch up paint on the areas so they wouldn't rust. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A RUGGED COVER PRODUCT AGAIN. DESIGN IS FLAWED.|
My frustration level is through the roof at this point.I have already removed my hard cover, cut the soft foam spacers that were glued down so that the hard rubber spacers would fit and glued down the new hard rubber
spacers. The middle spacers did not fit correctly with the protruding tabs as they do not line up with the holes on the cover so, I had to slice them off. I
then put the cover back on the truck and the spacers actually make the truck worse. They make the cover sit up high in those spots and do not seal to the truck so there is a gap and the tie down rails still hit the truck bed when clamped down. I did all this before seeing this email about the new spacers that look like they would work if I put them on before I installed these other spacers you sent first. On top of this, I still have 8 spots on by truck bed that have the paint chipped off down to the metal.
I just spoke with Rick and I do not feel that $150.00 will rectify this situation. Could you please verify by the SN I have attached and by the measurements of 72' x 67 3/4 that I have the correct cover? I will get a few quotes to repair the paint on both rear quarter panels and email that to you as well. My understanding is that you were going to send a new cover to me to replace the one I have and either enough for bed rails or paint repair. I don't feel that I should have to remove my cover and then put on blocks\spacers that were incorrect and then take them off again. I had to cut the existing soft padding off to fit them on and now I need to remove them. The new rubber spacers do not fix the issue either.
