RyderRacks Bolt truck racks are hand-built and welded using aircraft-grade aluminum, and custom fit for each truck manufacturer. The aluminum also features a bright dip anodized finish that keeps the rack from rusting and corroding as well as prevents scratches. Each rack is custom made to decide things like where to mount the cantilever section to avoid excess wind noise. RyderRacks Bolt truck racks are high quality racks built from 2" aluminum tubes. Every joint has been fully hand welded to maximize rigidity and strength, as well as eliminate the cause for any wobbling, rattling, and loose bolts. Every Bolt truck rack comes standard with three cross bars. One over the tailgate, behind the back window, and over the cab. RyderRacks are lightweight and aerodynamic in design. The standard weight of a Bolt truck rack is 80 lbs., and maximum weight capacity is 2,250 lbs. depending on your vehicle and rack configuration. This gives you the strength of a steel rack, without the added weight. Coming in around 80% lighter than the strongest steel rack. Non-rusting chromoly hardware is included to keep the entire rack rust-free, and Loctite is supplied to keep the hardware secured. RyderRacks are the strongest aluminum truck racks on the market, and extremely lightweight. Giving them an excellent strength-to-weight ratio that surpasses the competition. The optional full length bed rails give the rack added strength while protecting your truck's bed caps. Toolboxes can also be mounted directly to the full length bed rails, giving you more customization. RyderRacks products are made right here in the USA, using only premium-grade parts and first-rate workmanship. NOTE: The optional removable rear cross bar and full length bed rails will need to be purchased with your rack if you want them. They cannot be added at a later time.
