|Ordering online was good-- it was a little confusing to select my choice and the related price and then be forced into an "option" that significantly added to the price I thought I was choosing. It's not an option. It's required for the make and model I have. Delivery and service was great from Real Truck. The install was not as bad as it first looked--it requires drilling into the frame, 4 sizeable holes (17/32"). Then you have to fish a 1/2" carriage bolt and a small plate for it to each of those holes. I required additional wire to attach to the fish-wire provided. It went surprising well for 3 of the 4. On the last one, the carriage bolt got caught up somewhere inside the frame and the result was a stretched fish-wire, so the bolt did not want to sit up and come through the 17/32" hole smoothly and there was very little I could do correct it. Finally, with some needle nose pliers and a little risk-taking that it wouldn't leave the parts stranded inside the frame, I got it to work.|

|I followed the directions but found that the hitch bolt holes were not wide enough for my 2007 Nissan Frontier. I called customer service and they said I should try and bend the hitch brackets (1/4 inch steel) right! I finally took it to my mechanic and he bent the bracket enough to get the bolts in, it cost me $76 dollars to get it done. Customer service said they had never heard of this problem in the past, well they have now. The quality seems very good and I think the hitch will work well but not a one hour install!|
