|While it does install well with an additional person, the welded bar brackets that support the light bar support bracket are awry and uneven enough that I had to shim the brackets with washers. This process took an hour just to get the light bar support bracket to sit somewhat correctly, and almost doubled the installation time. Additionally, the light bar support bracket is powder coated aluminum in color. Since it's highly visible even with a 20" light bar atop it, it too should have been black as the rest of the bar is. I wound up removing it and painting it. The bolts that are provided to attach to the bumper mounting brackets are thin, and need to be torqued more than they should be just to keep the bar from canting forward. I hope this bar holds up with the added front weight of the light bar when I'm off road.|
