Timbren was founded in 1965 on the idea that suspensions could be better. The same year, Timbren acquired the Canadian patent for rubber torsion suspension, and the rest is history. They introduced Aeon rubber springs in 1968, and then began manufacturing Suspension Enhancement Systems, or SES, in 1982.
While Timbren made their name with truck helper springs, that hasn't stopped them from innovating. In 2015 Timbren released Active Off-Road Bump Stops. This new product allows Timbren to better service truck owners who are looking for greater control while riding off-road. Similar to the SES, Active Off-Road Bump Stops dampen suspension travel, creating a more predictable, less jarring travel experience while blasting down minimum maintenance roads.
Timbren is located in Whitby, ON., and is family owned and operated to this day. Manufactured by Timbren Industries.
