Ordered this item. Ordering process was straightforward and user friendly. Shipping estimate was off by two days. Item arrived well packaged. On line visual representation matched what showed up at my door, my expectations were satisfied. I personally installed this item without difficulty and the item performed as advertised. They got 4 vice 5 stars because the package did not arrive when advertised. I personally consider this a big deal because people make installation plans based on what they're told about shipping times. The best policy is to do whatever's necessary to make, and keep the customer happy. Otherwise, why be in business. Be on time, it's always important.

I recently installed the Anzo LED Tailgate Light Bar on my 2010 GMC truck. The lights look great when the functions are applied.
The problem I have is that the connection portion of the wires to the light bar are flemsy. The part where the wires connect to the light bar. I have to push the connection end at an angle to get the lights to work. Extreme caution needs to take place when handling this end. May be a bad connection from the manufacture or just a bad design. With this said, the light effects does look pretty good.

I was concerned about moisture because I live in Washington. I now no longer have that concern or any other, they are the best! HANDS DOWN They come sealed in a flexable clear vacuum molded clear jacket with no air chamber, so water problems are impossible. Install was easy, just take your time and clean the area. The electrical connection was very easy, just plug it in to the standard 4 prong trailer harness. The backup light connection was also easy if you buy a 3m splice in crimp connector, it takes less than 5 minutes. When the install is finished you will be amazed at how good it now looks from the rear of your truck. If looks do not concern you then you will be happy to know that your truck is now safer,due to the upgraded and in your face ultra bright stop and turn indicators you have just installed. I love mine and I know you will love yours.
