We had the same type of mirrors on our old F150. These are new and improved. Easier to put on than the old ones and look nicer too. More stable. Would recommend.

I used these mirrors on my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT. Very easy install and they worked perfect. Just enough vision to see around our travel trailer. Very good product.

Great product for what they were designed. The mirrors could be slightly larger and more easily adjustable. The foam which is used to protect the vehicle paint leaves something to be desired, although, I had no problems. Bang for the buck, you cannot beat this product.

The mirrors fit my truck well. I have seen similiar mirrors with the bungee and web straps that look cheap. The CIPA Towing Mirrors look like a extension of the original mirrors. My mirrors will fold in but ones that don't fold will stick way out when in tight spots. The actual mirrors could be a lottle larger.

I am not sure if I can return these mirrors, but here is what happened.
In the process of backing out of a tight area I hit the outer edge of the mirror housing on a tree limb, which do not damage the housing, but loosened the mirror itself where it will not stay in a set position. Therefore, I would not recommend this mirror because it is not very durable.

They fit well, look good, and don't vibrate. The mounting process is just a bit scary, as you slide the bottom onto the truck mirror, and then "snap" the top of the CIPA mirror over the truck mirror. You get the sense that if you flex it any more you'll break the truck mirror. You don't, and all is well. You might want to stick a spot convex mirror out there to give you a wider peek.
