First of all I have been waiting 2 weeks since you have sent the wrong parts and some of the parts were bent either from you or ups I missed giving them out for Christmas because your irresponsibility on packaging of the parts. And I still have not received them because you haven't shown that you back up your product and next day mail them so I could get them the day after Christmas now I have yet to receive them and it is 1/3/12. This makes my decision that I shall not use you in my further purchases for my truck.

Part ordered was too short for the width of the bed of the truck, (this was another Bed Cap part I ordered the same day I purchased the Tailgate Cap.) Real Truck contacted me when they became aware of the problem. After about 3 calls from them, I got a call form Real Truck's supplier who was concerned about their OEM's supplying the wrong part for the P.N. of the item. In about 3 days, I had another new "Front Bed Cap" in hand. Both parts fit perfectly now and look great on my truck.

I was very pleased with my purchase from real truck only to find it was not what I wanted. I contacted real truck and they accepted the return without any hassel. I had not used it only opened the box and looked and saw it wasn't what I wanted. To accept a return with a few simple steps, I think shows the intergrity of a company more than anything else they can do.
