I bought several pairs of these tie downs, a minor problem was the bolts had two different sized heads on them. Some packages had different sized bolts for each tie down. The only other problem was the backing plates were not tapped all the way through so you couldn't hand tighten the bolts to easily to make the install easier.

Instlation was a snap, and they look good and work well. What more can you ask for. Hardest part was taking out the plastic plugs that came with the truck, but I did it on a cold day which made the plastic a lillte stiff.
