I recently purchased a set of nerf bars for my wife's new pickupand upon arrival due, to inferior Chinese made cardboard which had torn I realized the hanging brackets and hardware had been lost. I contacted customer service and Jenny came to the rescue. After a little internet research we swapped the chinese made bars for made in the USA rhinos'. We got this done in time for Christmas I installed them myself without a hitch, the bars look great and I came out a HERO. Thanks Rhino for a good looking easily installed set of bars and thanks Realtruck.com for a proactive customer service group a really great group of people.

Dealing with the folks at Real Truck was satisfactory to say the least. Friendly, polite, help-full -- Thank You..Once the correct item was identified and the order placed it was not long and there it was on my doorstep.
The product is however, just ok. The hardware included for the mount to the factory body was incorrect. A trip to the "bolt" store took care of that. There is a blem on the bar, right in the area that is out and up, not enough to return, but enough to make note of here; a bit of a disappointment.
Although the mounting is secure, there is some flex in the center which could be eliminated with better design. An added support at the center going to the middle body bolt would have given the product a more than just ok rating. I will fabricate and install one myself.
Not a bad product, all in all, but I would not buy them again. Hope this is of some help..

The bars arrived in short order. There was no damage whatsoever. The installation instuctions could have been better but I was able to install the first side in about 30 minutes. the main time delay being figuring out the left from right side brackets and exactly where they attached to truck. Right side installed in about 15 minutes. Once installed the bars look very good on the truck and allow easy access to reach into the bed of the truck. I would prefer that there was a support bracket closer to the rear of the bar. As installed the last support is in front of the rear door handle. This results in the bar flexing slightly when stepping up to acces the pickup bed. I am planning on fabricating a fourth bracket to attach farther back.

I recently purchased Go Rhino Nerf Bar's for my 2003 F150 supercrew.
When received they were in excelent condition.Upon opening & looking at instructions,i found that it said it takes approximatly 45min to 1Hr to
install instead of 30 min. listed on the paper instructions.Other than that they look great & i am well satisfied with my product & would order from RealTruck.com again.Five star Rating

I am very satisfied with my Nerf Bars. I love the way they fit on my truck, they don't stick out like wings and look in porportion to my truck. They were easy to mount and clean up great. I had an issue with the first set and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The customer service people were so pleasant and reassureing. Will continue my shopping here.

Took me a minute to figure out how to put them together, the instructions are not very good. Once you figure it out, it's not so bad. They look great and are holding up wonderfully.

An outstanding product, really adds a shine to the truck.
Make sure you order the right one, the set I received ( even tho ordered correctly)
Didn't line up with all the trucks connection points... I had to do a little welding to make it work.
Also the bars themselves both came with a couple of dents on the bottom, possibly from the shipper.
