 Just purchased these ladder racks for my van, and you just can't beat the quality, especially for the price. If you don't want to spend a whole lot of money to achieve the same results, there's nothing more I can say.

 This ladder rack is excellecnt for the price, but if your going to stack a bunch of ladders on it, it might not be for you. I only carry three and the wieght is minimal. These racks use two pipes that slide one into the other to fit any van, but even with the bolt used to bind them together, there is still some play in the rack. You will need a 5/16 drill bit for the bolt that goes through the pipe.

 It arrived, so RealTruck is, umm, real. The rack is more nicely constructed than I expected. There is no way you are going to install two of these racks in 15 minutes like some reviews say -- figure 30-45 minutes. And make sure you have a drill and bit available for the final step: drilling the hole (in the rack, NOT your van) that will be used to maintain the correct width and hold the telescoping halves together. Hint: have a block of wood under the rack so you don't ding your roof when the bit goes thru (yeah, you drill it while you're on your van's roof, at least if you want the width to be perfect).

 I am so happy with this product. I like the flexibility of being able to put it anywhere on the rain gutters I wanted. It is a well made strong product. Read the directions carefully before you start. It was good to have an extra pair of hands around while installing.
