I very happy with these Nerf Bars,
They fit my 2012 Tacoma perfect.
The directions are a bit vague,but I was able to figure it out.
Installation took me bout an hour.
I recommend these to others, and would buy from RealTruck.com again.

Purchased the ICI Wheel-to-Wheel Nerf Bars for my '06 Dodge Mega Cab a couple of months ago. The price was excellent, shipping was fast, and there were no shipping charges! I really like the look and functionality of the bars, but only rated them 4 stars because of the somewhat confusing installation instructions. The mounting holes inside the kickpanels on the truck were covered with black tape from the factory (which isn't ICI's problem), but the instructions didn't mention that, and I had to search for several minutes before discovering the tape and the holes underneath. In addition, the instructions indicated to mount the rear body bushings on top of the nerf bar mounting bracket, thus sandwiching them between the bracket and the truck body. This doesn't work for 2 reasons: 1) it throws the bar out of line with the kickpanel mounting bracket, and 2) it renders the bushing bolt too short due to the mounting bracket plate covering the recess in the bushing. Instead, remove the bushing, put the mounting bracket into place, and then install the bushing underneath the plate on the mounting bracket, sandwiching the bracket between the bushing and the truck body. This allows you to reinstall the factory bushing bolts and everything lines up correctly. All in all, though, I'm very happy with the bars and with the service from REALTRUCK.

Received it in a timely fashion, shipped to work and unfortunately did not receive it personally-coworker signed for the shipment. Open the box and one side had a small dent. Installed it anyway since I did not review it during receiving. The installation was fairly simple and it took about an hour. The bars look nice on my RAM. Packing needs to be better to prevent dents.

They are really nice and realtruck.com actually had the nerf bars that would fit my truck. I had looked everywhere for them and finally found them. The price was really great too because it was free freight shipping!!

Pro: Fast shipping, everthing looked good, everything fit with exception noted below.
Con: 4 bolts sent for replacing Chassis mounting bolts were wrong size had to re-use original bolts not a problem but instruction said to discard called in problem and never heard back.

They look great but after 1 week squeak badly. None of the lock washers fit the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. The tech support group told me to realign the bars today on both sides. If I have to retighten/realign every 2 weeks they can have them back. I'm not real happy with them now.

Realtruck.com was fantatic. There is a difficulty fitting the 2011 Chevrolet 2500HD Diesel. RealTruck called the manufacturer to make sure that the bars would fit. As for the product - it has only two supports for wheel to wheel bars for a crew cab 8' bed - extremely long. Bar is flimsy at third step for bed.
