I recently ordered the winch mount kit fom RealTruck.Com. Customer service was great I beleive His name was Jim. I had received confirmation of the part being shipped on Nov 8th 2010, I received the Mount Kit on Nov 5th 2010 3 day's before, now that's good.
Since, I have already mounted the mount and winch everything went well as the instruction's said very happy. I will defintly use real truck again if they have what ever i may be looking for.

The mount plate worked as expected, I did the work myself in my garage. First mounting the winch to the plate then inserting the winch behind the frame and attaching the plate. Last step was to attach the wiring from the winch to the battery.
