This tool box works well with the Truxedo Tonneau cover and installs pretty easily. For the clips in the back of the truck bed, I needed a pair of long handle channel locks to get in tight up by the rail to tighten them to the tonneau cover. All in all, great tool box for when you don't want your truck to look like a work truck. My only wish is that they made a metal box.

Fit like a glove...very easy install....holds the weight it claims and is water-tight. You get a very solid value for $$$. I would recommend this box to all. It meets it's written claims.
