Our medical insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
We offer 3 different plan levels Bronze, Silver, and Gold depending on what coverage you wish to elect.
There are options for single coverage, single plus one dependent (child or spouse), and a family plan for each plan level.

Our dental insurance provider is Delta Dental.
We offer two plans to choose from Basic and Preferred. The only difference between the two options is orthodontia for children which is offered on the Preferred plan.

Paid Time Off (Salary and Hourly)
Time away from work to relax, refresh, regroup and spend time with family and friends is so good for the soul! Our time off policy is generous and we want you to use it!
Here are the guidelines:
Full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off. New employees begin accruing PTO on their hire dates, and can begin requesting use of PTO after completing 90 days of employment.
The amount of PTO depends on years of service. It goes like this:

Less than five (5) years
Five (5) years but less than twelve (12) years
Twelve (12) years or more
You’ll move from one PTO level to the next based on your length of service. When you move to the higher level of PTO, your higher PTO weekly accrual rate will accrue for the rest of the calendar year. At the start of the next calendar year, you’ll receive the full allotment of PTO hours at the new annual PTO maximum level, and will accrue those hours at the new weekly accrual rate.

Busy season starts in November and goes through December. In the spirit of our Core Values, everyone company wide is encouraged to help customer service in some manner for 8-16 hours from Black Friday through Cyber Monday (the Friday after Thanksgiving through Monday). This is our busiest time of year and a super fun time to work at RealTruck!
