My order arrived on time, without any damage and but for a couple of self-caused installation issues, went in smoothly and has operated flawlessly thus far. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have a Yakima bike rack that holds 5 bikes mounted on top of this cover. I also kept the Rhino-rack cross bars installed. It all feels very secure and allows the use of the Rhino-rack cross bars when the bike rack is not installed.
The only challenge with the installation is inserting the rubber gasket on the front of the cover into rail mounted to the truck. The instructions recommended using soap to slip the gasket into the rail but it did not help. I finally took my heat-gun out and warmed up the gasket until it was very warm to touch. Once warm it easily slipped into the mounting rail.
I really like this cover and I'm glad I spent the money to get a high quality cover that supports 3rd party rack mounts.
great look, functional with the Rino rack, had to twerk install with minor adjustments, but once there all is good. getting many complements and inquiries on make and avalability. I highly recommend this cover. price is right in comparison to others in market. I like that not many have the rack option for a tornoue cover.

I have had the cover for a month and like it a lot. That being said in looks department it would have been nice if it fit the counter of the outside of the bed, Not a major deal as it has a nice rugged look.
The installation was a PITA for almost no reason. It's a little difficult to get the seal to lay down without pinching on each side. Nothing major but a flared out seal probably would've made it easier without really affecting the looks. The PITA is getting the cover aligned. While they give you measurements, they are never going to be perfect as eat truck bed is slightly different. What the issue is adjusting the front brackets that hold the hinge. You have to take the cover off each time you do it. It starts to get heavy after a couple of times not because the weight is that bad but because of the awkward height of truck beds.
Where the problem is with the front bracket design is the way they made it. First there is a piece that goes on the rail and then the hinge sets into that. If you ave installed other undercover bedcovers, there is a good half inch or more between the two that you can slip a wrench in, losses the mounting bracket, and adjust with the cover on. On this it's really close and instead of bolt heads they are cap screws. My suggestion is redesign the hinge to be a little closer to the inside to allow a bigger gap between the two brackets. Use a bolt head for the screws and you can then slip a wrench in to loosen and adjust with the cover on.
My only other gripe is the seal at the front. I figured out before sticking it on that I could get it watertight but going up on each bedside by about a 1/4" Works perfect and it doesn't get wet. The issue is the metal piece across the redcap should really sit down further and have a seal on the front edge by the cab. The current only only compresses the seal down some and stops. That means there is about 1/2" of seal exposed which could potentially fail from the elements over time.

I'm overall quite happy with this truck bed cover. It is made of extremely tough material and built very well. The installation was quite difficult and required my kids and wife to leave the garage for a time while I told the accessory what I thought of it at the time;) The reason the installation was so difficult was getting the main attachment points close enough together to twist the single hand-driven bolt. For some reason, that was quite difficult and I was worried I was going to strip the threads. After I got it on I thought to myself "this thing is never coming off".
After about two weeks the bed cover began to open a bit skewed and one side would open quicker than the other and the cover would bind. I'd have to hold one side of the cover down while pushing on the opposite in order to get it to open. Eventually, I couldn't get the cover to open at all as the front lip was binding during the opening process. I did what I said I would never do.... I took the cover off and made adjustments to where the mounting brackets are located. I slid the mounting brackets forward about 1/4 inch more than the instructions state and reinstalled. Surprisingly the hand-driven bolts connected with ease this time and I've had no more binding issues. It now opens straight and smooth. I'm now having an issue with the rear closing latches staying latched. Again, I think this is just going to be an adjustment on the hinge that will be corrected.
Bottom line. This is a tremendous truck bed cover. Well engineered and designed. I have found the Rhino Rack attachments to be just as tough as Yakima or Thule. I would buy it again.
