The GEN-Y Contractor Torsion-Flex Trailer Coupler is the perfect trailer coupler for those that are contractors or work in the construction industry since this product can stay mounted to the trailer you’re hauling and won’t have to be installed/uninstalled on every truck in your fleet. Thanks to GEN-Y’s patented Torsion-Flex technology, you’re guaranteed smoother towing since your cargo will be protected if you encounter any bumps in the road. Since road shock will be reduced, you’ll notice reduced wear and tire wear on your truck and trailer which will save you money in the future. Customers have even reported improved fuel economy while using this product. There are three options available, ranging from 16,000lbs. to 32,000 lbs. towing capacity with varying tongue weight ratings as well. These trailer couplers are constructed using heavy-duty steel and are topped off with a durable powder-coat which prevents corrosion and rust while being exposed to the elements. Please note that the ball coupler is NOT included and will need to be purchased separately.

Tow capacity is limited by lowest rated component. Average break-in period for hitch is 500 miles. This product does NOT include the ball mount, pintle lock, stabilizer bars or brackets. All mounting bolts MUST be torqued to 120 FT. lbs.

What is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty:
This Limited Warranty covers defects in the material or workmanship of your Hitch. All obligations of GEN-Y Hitch pursuant to this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the Hitch by GEN-Y Hitch. The decision as to whether any applicable remedy shall be by replacement or by repair of the hitch shall be at GEN-Y Hitch’s sole determination. All coverage provided by this Limited Warranty terminates in the event of your sale or transfer of the Hitch.
**This limited warranty is expressly IN LIEU of any express warranty and is further IN LIEU of any implied warranty, including, but not limited to, any implied WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE except as may otherwise be required by applicable Federal or State law at the time the hitch was manufactured.
What is not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty:
This limited lifetime warranty does not cover the following
- Normal wear and tear
- The finish on the hitch
- Replacement of the hitch by any person or entity other than GEN-Y HITCH
- Any consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to: commercial loss, loss of time, loss or damage to personal property, lodging, meals, or other related travel costs, or any other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the hitch, the inability to use the hitch, or any other reasonable delay in performance under this limited warranty.
